Get live feedback from our reporters

As the Reporters respond to the questionnaires, you will be able to view their responses live via the Site-Report website!

When all Reporters have completed the questionnaire and our quality team have reviewed the responses (usually within 5 to 10 working days), we will send you a PDF report and provide you with online access to summary statistical details of the feedback received.

As part of our Visitor Review, we will send 5 Site-Reporters to your site. Each Reporter will spend approximately 15-minutes visiting your site (a total review time of more than 2 hours!) and complete a questionnaire of 30 closed questions and 10 open questions.

How does Site-Report work?

Once your payment has been received, you will be able to start preparing your questionnaire. At that time, we will also start work on usability reviews, proofreading reviews, SEO reviews and marketing reviews if your package includes them.

Your questionnaire will consist of a number of qualifying questions, closed questions and open questions. The qualifying questions can be used to limit the target audience of the Site-Report to a particular demographic. The closed questions allow you to ask any question that has one of several answers. The open questions allow you to ask any question and receive detailed replies from our Site-Reporters.

When you are happy with the questionnaire questions and your payment has been authorised, you will be able to publish your questionnaire. We will review the questions that you have asked and provide suggestions for improvement if necessary.

Once you are happy, we will send a message to our Site-Reporters to tell them about the new assignment. Each Site-Reporter will be able to view details of the assignment and if they complete the qualifying questions with the correct responses, they will be able to participate in the main assignment.

Once your site-report is published, you will be able to view live feedback as each Site-Reporter completes the questionnaire. That means that you can start resolving problems early.

When all participating Site-Reporters have undertaken the assignment and completed the questionnaire, we will contact you and you will be able to view and download the final PDF report.

Can I choose the types of Site-Reporters that visit my site?

Although we have thousands of Site-Reporters from around the world, you may want to target a small demographic. In order to be able to target your assignment, you can ask Site-Reporters 5 closed questions. For example, if you run an online DVD retailer, you may only be interested in feedback from Site-Reporters who own a DVD Player. All you need to do is ask the question, 'Do you own a DVD Player?', and only Site-Reporters that answer this (and other qualifying questions) with your expected answers will be able to participate in the assignment.

Do we offer assistance in setting the questions?

We will try to provide as much assistance to our clients in setting appropriate questions and in particular, the style of question that is likely to help produce the most useful responses from our site-reporters.

What is Live Feedback?

If you purchase a Business or Premium Report, you will receive live feedback from our Site-Reporters as they complete the review of your site. This means that you can get the ball rolling on improving your site straightaway!

What format will the Site Report be in?

Site Reports are provided in HTML format. Business and Premium Reports are also delivered in PDF format. The HTML format Site Report can be viewed in any browser (Internet Explorer, Opera, Mozilla, Netscape Navigator). The PDF report can be viewed within a compatible browser or using Adobe Acrobat. Adobe Acrobat is available for download here. We will also email a copy of the PDF version of the Site Report.
