• liase with you to decide the best payment/commission structure
• prepare an affiliate manual and regular material for affiliate to allow them to promote your web site in the best way. We will prepare regular newsletters telling your affiliates the latest news about your website, new services and products, and tips on how to best promote them and therefore increase the chance of them earning commission.
• liase with your affiliates and make sure that they have creatives that match the style of their site and related content to help them increase the performance of their affiliate relationship
• liase with your super affiliates and poorer performing affiliates to find out what else can be done to help them promote your site more
• actively recruit new affiliates to the programme
• work alongside you to authorise commissions and accept or reject affiliates
• review your competitors affiliate programmes and keep you one step ahead.
